Get ready for Columbus' largest spring celebration of running, walking, and community! On Saturday, April 25, more than 12,000 runners and walkers will take over the streets of Downtown Columbus for the 23rd annual OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon, and Columbus Promise 5K.

This isn’t a race — it’s a celebration of YOU and the healthy, active lifestyle! Known as the “Best Tour of Columbus on Two Feet,” Cap City has a distance for every pace and experience and more than 30 bands and entertainment lining the course -- all to CELEBRATE YOU:

• Half Marathon (13.1 miles)

• Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles)

• Columbus Promise 5K (3.1 miles)

All events start and finish on S. High Street at the Columbus Commons, right in the heart of Downtown Columbus.

Kick off your race weekend at the OhioHealth Expotique & Panera Bread Rapid Packet Pick Up at The Vue Columbus on Thursday, April 23 & Friday, April 24 (11 a.m.–7 p.m.). Pick up your event shirts, packets, official bib and shop at the Fleet Feet Columbus pop-up shop for your race day essentials and exclusive Cap City gear.

Each year, Cap City hosts more than 12,000 runners and walkers, plus spectators and volunteers. The annual economic impact is estimated at $7.5 million.
