Roosters Training Table


We are excited to have Roosters as a partner of the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon and bring their famous boneless wings to the Byers Xtra Mile Post-Race Party. 

Roosters healthy menu items can keep you reaching your Cap City goals and enjoying the fun, casual atmosphere and food that Roosters is known for! 


Salads:
Add grilled, marinated or cajun chicken for added protein and ask for dressing on the side for a healthier option.

  • Garden Salad: Mixed lettuce, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes
  • Caesar Salad: Romaine, Parmesan cheese,
  • The Wedgie: Iceberg wedge drizzled with your favorite salad dressing. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles, bacon bits and diced tomatoes
  • The RBB: Mixed lettuce with bacon bits, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes and red onions.
  • Chicken Caesar Salad
  • The Red Rooster Salad: Mixed lettuce, egg, bacon bits, cucumbers, red onions and tomatoes.
  • Grilled Chicken Salad

Tip: Ask for you favorite wing sauce to be on the side instead of having your chicken shaken in the sauce.
